Verification and account
How do I verify my account?
Go to account settings and open the verification section. Upload a valid ID (passport, driving licence or national ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or official letter from the last 3 months). Name and address must match the account. If we ask – selfie with ID or screenshot of payment method. Verification usually within 24 hours. See Registration for the full process.
How do I withdraw winnings?
Log in, go to the cashier and choose Withdraw. Use the same method as for deposit if possible. Enter the amount and submit. E-wallets usually 24–48 hours; cards 3–5 business days; bank transfers 5–10 days; crypto often same day after approval. First withdrawals may take longer during verification.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz and other e-wallets. Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT too. Availability depends on country. Check the cashier for the full list and any fees.
What currencies are supported?
We support USD, EUR, GBP and other fiat currencies plus major cryptocurrencies. Account currency is set at registration. You can change it later via support, but you may need to withdraw your balance first.

What are wagering requirements?
Wagering is the number of times you must bet the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) before withdrawal. E.g. 35x on a $50 bonus means $1,750 total stakes. Slots usually 100%; table games often less or excluded. Check each bonus’s terms.
Which games count towards wagering?
Most slots 100%. Table games like blackjack and roulette often 10% or excluded. Live dealer games are often excluded from bonuses. Details in the bonus terms. Playing excluded games does not cancel the bonus, but those stakes do not count.
How do I claim a reload bonus?
Reload bonuses are for existing players. Deposit and enter the promo code if required, or opt in on the promotions page. The bonus is credited according to the offer. Not every deposit qualifies – check details and min deposit.

Can I cancel a bet?
Once placed and confirmed a bet cannot be cancelled. For live bets you can use cash out to settle early at the offered odds. Cash out not on all markets. Mistake – contact support immediately – in rare cases we may be able to help.
How do live bets work?
Live bets let you bet on events as they happen. Odds change with the game. You can bet on winner, next goal, corners, cards and many other markets. Bets settle after the final whistle or you can use cash out if available.
What is cash out?
Cash out lets you settle a bet before the event ends. You get a payout based on the current state of play. You can lock in profit or limit loss. The offer changes in real time. Cash out on selected pre-match and live markets.
What is an accumulator?
An accumulator combines several selections in one bet. All must win for a payout. Odds multiply – higher potential return. One loss = whole bet loses. You can mix sports and markets in one accumulator.
Are there bet limits?
Yes. Min and max stakes depend on sport, market and event. Top matches often have higher limits. You can also set your own deposit and loss limits in the responsible gaming section. Helps control play.
